The Bad Boys of Improv

The Monsters of Comedy first laid claim to their title back on Saturday, June 24, 2003, after defeating the reigning ComedySportz World Champions, ComedySportz Quad Cities.  They immediately threw down that title and dubbed themselves the World Heavyweight Champions of Improv - a title they have yet to lose.

The group was formed at the 1998 CSzQC Spooktacular on Halloween night when a group of disgruntled improvisers failed to show up for a scheduled performance.  That same group then invaded the Spooktacular at half-time under a new moniker, a new look.....and a new attitude.

Subsequently leaving a bevy of improv troupes in their sizable wake, the MoC is always on the prowl looking to claim yet another victim.
